Provost & Pritchard Opens Ninth Office Location In Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, CA:  Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group announced they have opened a new office in Sacramento, Calif., the firm’s ninth office.  The opening of the new office will provide a permanent office for staff already working in the region and will enhance the firm’s ability to serve their agriculture, municipal and private-sector clients in northern California.

The new office is located at 10860 Gold Center Drive, Suite 275 in Rancho Cordova, and can be contacted at (916) 918-2020.

Provost & Pritchard specializes in civil and agricultural engineering, environmental and land use planning, hydrogeology and geology, surveying, and construction management services in the areas of water resources, municipal infrastructure, agriculture, site development, and environmental compliance.

The opening of the Sacramento office includes four staff members who have years of experience providing professional services: Dan Flory, PE and Terry Erlewine, PE are principal water resources engineers, David Jenkins, PE, a principal environmental specialist and Hilary Reinhard, PE, a senior engineer. Linda Sloan, PG, CHG, will serve as the vice president for the new office.

Flory joined Provost & Pritchard in 2015 with more than 30 years of experience in water resources engineering including water banking and transfers. He served in 28 progressively more responsible roles for the California Department of Water Resources, culminating in his position as the department’s executive manager. He is an experienced advisor to legislative staffs, appointed officials and board members as well as serving as an expert witness providing testimony in litigation involving water rights.

Erlewine has been with the firm since 2017 and has more than 38 years of experience providing water resources planning and analysis. He has conducted many surface and groundwater resources studies, including water uses, operations studies, groundwater modeling, and groundwater conjunctive use programs. He worked for the State Water Contractors for 23 years, most recently serving as General Manager for the final 14 years of his tenure.

Jenkins also came to Provost & Pritchard in 2017 with nearly 25 years of professional experience in environmental engineering, evaluating, selecting, designing and optimizing water, groundwater, and soil remediation systems.  He has extensive experience with a full range of technologies and chemicals related to environmental engineering/treatment of soil, groundwater and industrial processes.

Reinhard has been with the firm for six years and has over a decade of engineering experience. She has worked with food processors, wineries and dairies on developing nutrient management plans, groundwater monitoring plans and negotiations with the Regional Water Quality Control Board. She has also worked with irrigation districts on water use efficiency studies and groundwater studies and is knowledgeable about conveyance systems and irrigation district practices.
