Provost & Pritchard Announces Career Milestones For Staff Members

FRESNO, CA:  Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group is proud to announce that three engineering professionals have reached a career milestone by passing the Professional Engineers Exam. Dan Munn, from the firm’s Bakersfield office; Elizabeth Varner, from Fresno; and Timothy “T” Jeffcoach, from Visalia, all passed their exams to become registered civil engineers in the State of California.

“Passing these tests to obtain a professional license is a great milestone for Dan, Liz and T, and we are proud of them for this accomplishment,” said Ronald Samuelian, president of Provost & Pritchard.

Munn graduated from the University of California, Davis with a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering.  He has over eight years of engineering experience focused on municipal infrastructure including the design of sewer systems, and storm drainage and storage.  His knowledge includes California Building Code standards and permitting compliance processes for county and city agencies.

Jeffcoach has over eight years of engineering experience, including more than six years in the United States Army with three tours of duty in the Middle East. During his career he served as an engineer officer, and is specialized in project management, composite risk management, predictive/data analysis, and mapping, design and logistics software. He holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Varner has been with the firm since 2013 and is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, with a degree in civil engineering.  She has been involved in the design of municipal infrastructure projects such as street improvements, including the award-winning Fulton Street Reconstruction project for the City of Fresno. Other projects include water, sewer and wastewater systems.
