Press Release: July 7, 2022

CLOVIS, CA: Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group is proud to announce that Assistant Engineers, Kelly McEnerney and Jordan Muell, have passed the exam and have met the qualifications required by the State of California, and are now licensed Civil Engineers by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists.

“Passing the test to obtain a professional certification is a vital milestone in an engineer’s professional development,” said Ronald Samuelian, president of Provost & Pritchard. “This is a great achievement for both Kelly and Jordan, and we are proud of them for this accomplishment.”

With a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Notre Dame, McEnerney joined Provost & Pritchard in 2019. Since then, she has continued to develop expertise in the areas of water modeling and water treatment. As an integral member of our water engineering team, she has been involved in various projects involving arsenic mitigation, well and tank chlorination, and survey and assessment of water and wastewater treatment facilities located within the upper San Joaquin watershed.

Muell joined Provost & Pritchard in 2018 with a master’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University, and a bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering from Iowa State University. Working with the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program team he has helped our clients to establish groundwater quality trend monitoring. As an engineer, he has worked on irrigation water conveyance and storage, helped food processors with wastewater infrastructure, and designed agricultural drainage projects.
