Provost & Pritchard Adds Three New Employees

FRESNO, CA: Even during this pandemic, the Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group team continues to grow with the addition of three new employees. Jeff Davis, PE, joins the firm after a nearly 40 years career in the water industry and Sara Harper, PE, CFM, will join the firm’s Sacramento office as a Senior Engineer. Robby Gottselig, SE, an Associate Structural Engineer, joins the firm’s structural engineering division, Parrish Hansen.

“Provost & Pritchard is excited to add these talented and experienced individuals to our team,” said Ronald Samuelian, President/CEO of the firm. “Jeff, Sara and Robby will help the firm grow in their respective markets and provide valuable resources to our existing clients.”

Davis comes to Provost & Pritchard having previously spent the past five years as General Manager and Chief Engineer for the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency. He also spent 13 years with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and another five years as the Director of the Water Resources Institute at California State University, San Bernardino.

Harper has more than 13 years of engineering experience in in water resources, flood control and natural disaster recovery. She is experienced in complex water systems and developing solutions to meet client needs through team building and project management. She also has provided grant writing and administration support to local, state, and federal agencies to implement capital improvement projects and promote community resiliency from natural hazards.

Gottselig has more than eight years of experience as a structural engineer and will work with the firm’s structural engineering division, Parrish Hansen. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly in architectural engineering as well as his master’s degree in engineering with a structural/geotechnical emphasis from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville.
