Provost & Pritchard provided design engineering services for the Visalia Parkway Crossing at Packwood Creek Project.  The project consisted of adding a box culvert crossing of Packwood Creek to connect Visalia Parkway between Demaree Street and Mooney Boulevard and to reconfigure the intersection of Visalia Parkway and County Center Drive to a tee intersection. Additionally, the project included design of: ADA-compliant public sidewalk and curb ramps, the extension of storm sewer facilities, installation of conduit for future traffic signal, installation of street lights, and design for a shallow sanitary sewer trunk line. The completed culvert and connection of the Parkway allows additional access to Packwood Creek Shopping Center, Costco, Greenhouse Montessori School, Cottonwood Creek Elementary School, Perry Family Park, and numerous residential subdivisions along the Parkway’s corridor.
