Since 2007, Provost & Pritchard has been assisting the City of Porterville with environmental compliance.  Services have included preparation of CEQA and NEPA compliance documents for a variety of City and private projects.  We have also assisted with the processing of land use applications, prepared ordinances, and assisted with development of the 2030 General Plan.
