Project Description

Franklin Street Rehabilitation Project

Franklin Street Rehabilitation Project – City of Arvin

Provost & Pritchard successfully completed a comprehensive street rehabilitation initiative for the City of Arvin, covering Franklin Street from Walnut Drive to Stockton Avenue. Our team executed various enhancements, encompassing FDR-C pavement rehabilitation, the removal and replacement of existing curb, gutter, valley gutter, and sidewalk. In addition, we constructed curb ramps, drive approaches, and alley approaches to ensure ADA compliance.

The project featured the development of raised median islands, seamlessly integrated with landscaping and irrigation for an aesthetically pleasing environment. To enhance pedestrian safety, we installed four new high-visibility crosswalks, each equipped with post-mounted, solar-powered, pedestrian-actuated flashing beacons or stop signs. Provost & Pritchard’s commitment to excellence shines through in every aspect of this transformative urban improvement endeavor.
