Approved in 2017, this project consists of a Career and Technical Education Regional Training Center (CTERTC) intended to provide a curriculum of career-oriented courses for high school students, along with up to two additional support educational school campuses and associated facilities. Consisting of approximately 150,000 square feet of buildings, the project includes a combination of innovative student instruction spaces, recreational uses, and related services.
