Project Description

Bridalveil Fall Rehabilitation Project

Provost & Pritchard worked with John Northmore Roberts & Associates, for the Yosemite Conservancy (Park Partner) on the Bridalveil Fall Rehabilitation Project. This project replaced the old pit toilet system with a new treated water comfort station, as well as the design and construction of a new ADA compliant trail. The project details included the design and construction of a new water supply system with a new well, new gravity and force main sanitary sewer system with a lift station connecting to an existing sewer main approximately a mile from the site, drainage and grading design, ADA compliant ramps, striping and signage. Prior to starting the improvements, the team completed a comprehensive Conceptual Report. Provost & Pritchard provided input in many key areas including utilities, water treatment system design, ADA compliant trail design, pit toilet issues and recommendations for new facilities location and operation, vehicular and pedestrian path, or travel. The Provost & Pritchard team also conducted all civil and survey project elements.
